Tasks are noted from the meetings by the Dashboard Team which is finalized by the Head’s Personal Staff2.
The tasks finalized consists of Task Subject (Issue, Action or Decision), Task Coordinator (TC), Officer Responsible (OR), priority and deadline for the task3.
The task is entered in the Dashboard Portal by the Dashboard Team after which an email goes to the concerned Task Coordinator and Officer Responsible4.
