The chemistry scanner makes it possible to use several chemical reaction equations on one,recognizing photos taken with the smartphone, even recognizing parenthetical expressions.
Thereafter, these reaction equations are balanced with the correct stoichiometric coefficients.
Note: This app is part of a Jugendforscht project that uses a neural network to recognize handwritten letters and numbers.
The data set necessary for the training of the artificial intelligence was created with the help of 900 pupils of the Chiemgau-Gymnasium and the FOS / BOS Traunstein.
If there are any errors in the app, we would be happy to receive constructive criticism to improve it.
