Deleting name/receivable credit transaction data, it will be deleted from Google Cloud including images/photos forever.5.
Add names and transactions can still be carried out even if the internet is temporarily disconnected (asynchronous).6.
Periodically print PDF/CSV of main data and transactions to Google Drive, make a second backup, or share with customers via social media.
Use a screenshot from a PDF if you want to share it in image form.7.
Printing PDF to printer is not available directly because of the paid license, so buy an app to print PDF to printer.
There are several well-known printer brands that provide free apps for printing PDFs.8.

The application does not use contacts/gallery/notifications etc., for user convenience.9.
