TreC Cardiology provides a clinical diary in which the patient can mark the presence of some cardiological problems/symptoms (chest pain, dyspnoea, lower limb edema) which therefore allow the doctor to have a vision of the patients decompensation situation or not .
There is also a doctor-patient chat.
FAQs are also included for patients who have undergone device implants.
TreC Cardiology is an additional module of the broader technological platform, called TreC "Citizens Medical Record", which allows citizens residing or domiciled in the Autonomous Province of Trento to use the services related to their health.
