My use of Cabify in Valencia, Spain has generally smooth. However, I rate the app 60% because it's consistently attempting to track the location of customer phones even when the app isn't in use.

Fue útil. Lo usé para muchos viajes. Pero con el ultimo cambio de teléfono no funcionó la actualización. No pudo pasar el paso de verificación vía sms. Primera vez que intento viajar. Reservé un viaje el domingo para viajar el lunes, ya que tenía turno para hacer el pasaporte. No me aceptaron el viaje hasta pasadas las 8, luego un chofer que estaba lejos aceptó, ya llegaba tarde y tuve que cancelar. Gracias por hacerme perder el turno para el pasaporte. Son de cuarta.

Buena app. Pero por favor mejorar el sistema de navegación. No considera vías exclusivas y generalmente son rutas mucho más largas que Waze
La peor aplicación que he utilizado. La descarga para un servicio y al día siguiente me debitaron $10.204 COP cuando sólo la he utilizado una vez. Quiero que me devuelvan el dinero débitado. Y lo peor es que me comunico con ellos y nadie me responde. Son unos ladrones.
