If the time slot is already occupied, an operator will contact you to reschedule, depending on the availability of your schedule.2 - Revision follow-upThrough the APP, you can view the revisions that were made at your dealership, as well as be notified about the next revisions, planned for your registered vehicles.3 - Vehicle Mileage UpdateThrough the App, you can update the vehicles current mileage information, being notified with greater precision about your next revisions.4 - SurveysRespond to satisfaction surveys generated by Blokton directly on your device.5 - Talk to usYou can send messages directly to Blokton, which will be received and worked on by the service team.
Your messages will be part of the concessionaires indicators, helping to improve the processes applied by it.6 - NotificationsYou may receive notifications generated by Blokton on your device, such as promotions and new business opportunities related to your vehicle, birthday greetings and occasional campaigns, generated by the Marketing team.7 - Recurring alertsYou may be regularly reminded to check Oil Level, Tire Calibration and Water Level.
The App stores the last check and will notify you of the next check date, keeping your vehicle up to date with basic maintenance items.
