The Government of Andhra Pradesh has enacted Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) to transform Andhra Pradesh into one of the most promising and prosperous states of India, The APCRDA has commenced working on its biggest step towards development of new capital Amaravati for the State of Andhra Pradesh.AP CRDA launches BBAS, an innovative 3D Building Model based Single window system.
This is BIM based integrated Building Plan Approval System which enables automatic scrutiny of building proposal by reading Building Models submitted by Applicant/ Architect.This application will help officials to view permit applications online and could do fast & effective site inspections.Features of the app also include:• Showing dashboard & list of application for site inspection.• Showing application details with Plan and scrutiny reports.• Providing feature to schedule & notify site visit to applicant.• Providing interface for fill and review inspection form.• Providing interface for uploading geotagged site photographs.
