There, in the settings, you can enable the chirps, disable the bells and choose a 24-hour or 12-hour time mode.
the option you see is the one that will be activated when you select it.
E.g.
if the button says 24-hour time, when you press it it will activate and the button will change and the 12-hour icon will appear.
