In view of COVID-19 pandemic situation in the State, NHM Haryana has assigned the Hercules Task of Door to Door COVID-19 Survey to ASHA w.e.f.
10th April 2020 to identify the High Risk Cases (i.e.
Individuals more than 60 years of age, High Risk Pregnant Women, Patients suffering with Diabetic, Hypertension, Heart Diseases, Cancer, TB, Kidney, Asthma, and any other Chronic Disease), Influenza Like Illness (ILI) Cases, Symptomatic Pneumonia Cases with Breathing Problems.
To ease the task, ASHA Sarvekshan App was designed & developed in house by the NHM Haryana for Door-to-Door COVID-19 Survey.
