It's good when the app, delivery partner and the restaurants are all working fine. The issues start to rise when either anyone of the three are not in sync. I have been observing thet the deliveries are taking way longer than the estimated times and the servers crashing down and leaving the customers clueless on their orders. Hope they plan and rectify these kind of issues going further. The executive support is very good in resolving the issues but by the time the damage is already done.

Obviously zomato is better than other apps. Great service.
