App is non existent, all of a sudden logging into the app and accessing anything takes a couple of hours as of someone has switched something off !
Could not find how to complain about being double charged so decided I need to leav ise.
Says, go to my services > call features to turn voicemail on or off. It doesn't! There isn't the option available. Reviewed again February 2022. Poor app. Typical Currys rubbish service, app doesn't work half the time!
Useless
I cant login the app anymore. It comes up with 'no valid content to display'. I tried reinstalling the app, with no success.
Terrible terrible experience. More than half the time, the app won't let me log in. How can I check my balance minutes etc if I can't log in?? There is no customer service number to call and speak to someone. If this continues, I am going to change the provider.
