Recluchat for Android – Latest Version & Features

Recluchat is a mobile App designed for small to mid-level companies or what we call (PYMES) in Puerto Rico.
The intended purpose of the application is to help with two of the most difficult areas of Human Resources:RecruitingLabor Law and Human Resources related ConsultingRecruitingThrough Recluchat our clients will have a platform to communicate their resource needs via interaction voice or text message with a short description and iteration with our personnel.
Recluchat will then organize and submit the opportunity to several qualified local recruiting companies which will submit candidates.
Recluchat will filter and submit the best candidates received and discuss them with the clients.
Our clients will choose candidates for interview and the interview will be coordinated by Recluchat.
If the candidates are chosen, recluchat will help coordinate the onboarding and assist for a smooth entry.
Labor Law and Human Resources related ConsultingRecluchat will be an open platform for Puerto Rico related labor law and Human Resources consulting.
Our clients can enter their questions in the platform and Recluchat personnel will answer at a fast pace.
This consulting will be temporarily free of charge, nevertheless additional consulting opportunities will be determined by Recluchat.Recluchat will then be in charge of invoicing our clients and following up on new needs.
