"Anti Malaria Guide" Or A-MG Is a simple application whose purpose is to facilitate the calculation of the dosage of antimalarial drugs in emergency situations.It can be used by all health workers.Malaria is a serious disease and its management must be rapid.This application have 3 parts:-A homepage;-A page intended for the calculation of anti-malarial agents commonly used as artesunate 20 mg combined with lumefantrine 120 mg, artemether injection, quinine injection ;-A page for calculating the dosage of solutes commonly used in case of severe malaria: paracetamol injection, Ringer lactates to rehydrate if necessary, the serum glucose 10% in case of hypoglycemia, diazepam in case of convulsion.The basics of calculating dosages:-Artesunate + artemether 20/120 mg is depending on age;-Artemether due to 3.2 mg / kg Then 1.6 mg / kg;-The Ringer is given because of 100 mg / kg;-Glucose serum due to 3.5 ml / kg;-Diazepam due to 0.5 mg / kg;-Paracetamol: here each age group is capped.For any additional information I remain at your disposal I will be very happy to receive your criticisms and suggestions to improve this [email protected] cordially!
