Amazing! We are able to rent vehicles that we, personally could not afford and basically try them out for the length of time that we need them, while traveling. Love the idea and the owners get extra cash...

Very poor customer service. Had a blow out on my trip, which cost me my money and a whole day of my time. Roadside assistance and customer service was of no help. They kept handing me off to someone else to fix the problem and it never got fixed. I read that there would be an investigation to figure out whose fault it was; that never happened. They told me that if the host didn't answer the request there was nothing they could do, I wasted my time/money. You'd be safer getting a real rental.
Turo Sucks! As all star host I haven't been reimburced from my guests for car damage, fuel or smoking violations even with evidence and photos. Guests are cancelling their CC and changing phone # than you're stuck with repair bills and Turo doesn't do anything. They charge the host and the guest for insurance with service fees but don't do anything when there is a problem.
It was just excellent the car was clean Richard was always there on time very helpful for any question very nice guy to deal with.
Always find the vehicle I need at the time.
