Each month, you pay half of your total rent on the first of every month and finance the other half with the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your paycheck on or before 25th of every month.PayRente charges a monthly membership fee of $13.99, and an additional processing fee is applied based on your choice of payment method.PayRente Services are guaranteed through a bank credit for its members who pays a monthly fee of $13.99.
A processing fee based on your choice of payment is also charged.
Membership will automatically renew until cancelled.
Members must make their initial payment and repay their Line of Credit in full each month to use PayRente for the following month.PayRente reports your payment history to Trans Union, and late or missed payments may be reflected on your credit report.
