Legimus is issued by the Swedish Agency for Accessible Media, MTM.With the app you can:- Find and add books- Read offline- Add bookmarks- Write or record notesTo read and borrow talking books you need an account for borrowing and downloading books.

Only people who have a reading disorder can get an account.
A reading disorder may be visual impairment, dyslexia or cognitive disabilities such as ADHD and Aspberger.To read the newspaper you need a subscription.
