All customers can enroll in the Al WAFA REWARDS loyalty program, to be done by smart/mobile application of ‘AL WAFA REWARDS’.2.
‘AL WAFA REWARDS’ will be available in all ‘AL WAFA HYPERMARKETS’ in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia3.
Membership in the program is free4.
A member shall hold only one member account number and should not use two AL WAFA REWARDS ACCOUNT for the same person.

Card status may transfer from ‘active’ to ‘inactive’ if the card has not been used for 6 months and the points will be forfeited and no communication shall be provided to forfeit the points earned.
