This app gives access to the all.health service, and you will require an invite code to access the app and create the account.
Invite codes are currently issued through a select number of providers or employers that offer the all.health service.
If you have already received an all.health invite code through your healthcare provider or employer, you can continue by creating your all.health account within the application.
