BRAC Bank Agent Banking Application can be used in Mobile and Tablet by the Agents and Agents’ officials of respective Agent Banking Outlets to offer real time online banking services to the door steps of unbanked population of the nation.
Every transaction will be secured by two factor authentication (2FA) mechanism in which both the customer’s and the agent’s officials thumbprint through a biometric device will be used to validate the transaction/service request.
Through this system, customer will be notified for successful transaction through a system generated printed receipt and an SMS.
