EIGHT; Obesity Care & Health Therapy for structured, cross-sector care after bariatric-metabolic surgery, accompanies the aftercare process of patients after such an operation.Daily documentation in the app allows patients, doctors and therapists to keep an eye on follow-up appointments, nutrition, exercise and the personal well-being of the participants.
The ACHT aftercare app is connected to a patient guide via a digital patient file, who advises and cares for the participants individually.
