GoB Access is the app that allows you to access GoBanking and confirm your transactions.- Quick and secure activation process: in order to use GoB Access, you need to download the app to your smartphone and register directly in GoBanking.- Notifications: in GoBanking, you can decide whether or not to activate notifications for your GoB Access app.a.
If you activate notifications: you will receive a notification in the GoB Access app every time you log in and for certain actions as a verification/confirmation measure.
To validate your pending actions and redirect GoBanking to the desired/requested landing page, simply open the notification in the GoB Access app, enter your PIN and confirm.b.
If you do not activate the notifications: whenever you are asked for a one-time password (OTP) to continue with your transactions in GoBanking, simply open the GoB Access app on your mobile device, type the chosen PIN code and manually enter directly into GoBanking the 6-digit code generated by GoB Access.- Offline mode: even if you don’t have an Internet connection, the GoB Access app allows you to generate the necessary OTP codes to be manually entered in GoBanking.
