Arogya Kendra application (Health & Wellness Centre Application), as prescribed by the Government of India, will enable HWC team to undertake a baseline survey to register family details and assess morbidity burden and out of pocket expenses of the communities served.
The application allows Community Health Officers (CHOs) to record daily OPD services, counselling, follow-ups and referrals as per the prescribed guidelines of NHM and MoHFW.
The application will also track drug inventory monitoring at the HWC and will enable video consultation between MoIC and CHOs.
