Can't check in or get boarding pass. Can only view. Doesn't keep up with the internet version either as far as personal information., like phone or email. Not very useful as it could be.
works well until it doesn't. was in the security line trying to pull up the boarding pass and it threw an error saying "server not responding, please try again later". Don't trust the app to work on demand. pull up your passes and save them the day before your flight.
Great app, flights on time
The option to upgrade a seat with miles has disappeared. Otherwise, the app works well for booking, checking in or canceling.
