Everything I call or schedule a ride with them I never seem to be picked up but one time. When I call to find out about my ride it always tells me it's looking for a diver. So I always have to cancel the ride and find an other rude to work which causes me to be late. Not good business. Wouldn't recommend this app or company. I thought taxi's go to pick people up all over San Antonio TX. But I guess not.

They are always late. The cars are falling apart. And I just waited an hour and a half for a cab and the driver cancelled it without showing up. That's the second time this has happened. Unacceptable and in professional.
