Had it for years now. Very good system.even works through glass .
Internal cameras no longer switch to night vision. Takes way too long to connect - about 30 - 60 seconds. Motion detection either detects everything from rain drops if you set sensitivity high enough to detect people, or nothing if you set sensitivity low enough to ignore the rain. Really could do with better motion detection algorithm and sort out the latency... expensive unit for me quality security camera set up.
It's ok but God forbid you need to add an extra device like a camera. BLE on, location on, wifi off, add device, wifi on, off on then off, it disappears, raise a support ticket, they'd delete the device, go on again.. nightmare... And don't mention the costs. Ridiculous.
