This entire company is a joke. Online login doesn't work, app log in doesn't work. How does a payment company exist that cant take payments?
App doesn't work. I log in and it logs me right back out. Plus they are not reporting to Transunion even though you can opt in to that. Waste of time.
Very good app
This app has more problems every month it now says I'm inactive and will not allow me to pay my rent. I uninstalled it and reinstall it and it says the same thing please fix the bugs it's costing me extra just to pay my rent for each month which is an additional$25 each time it's considered late also it charges $4.95 just to pay for it online.
This app constantly displays the wrong balance due, or takes days to reflect the balance that is on the website. I almost never can click on any of the menu buttons. Please fix this. This is the only way a lot of people can pay their rent.
Some confusion about adding a new payment method but overall works well .
