Broken. Get Started in the app takes me to a login page in the browser, but nothing continues after submitting password. -- Long time ago, app used to work nicely as a channel changer, but its guide was missing some channels.

Hours on the phone w support, when they did not drop my call, and they cannot figure out how to clean up the database the app reads. Really bad support and buggy app.

Quite misleading. The app says 'control your tv, set recordings, etc.' for virtually all comcast boxes. However, you can't actually do anything without an x1 box. Trying to do anything just gets a prompt to upgrade. This is basically a disguised bait-and-switch to get you to pay for an upgrade. Promptly uninstalled because its useless

They made an agreement with me during the coronavirus and lied and shut my cable off looking for non Xfinity company.

I'm finding someone is accessing my devices and finding it cute to stop my living room t.v. and bedroom t.v. I'm going to have to file a police report. I am sorry. I can't give you a better review.
