Herunterladen der Rechnung funktioniert nicht. edit: nach dem Schreiben dieser Rezension wurde das PDF 11x heruntergeladen. Die WinSim App war nicht mehr im Vordergrund und es gab keine Fortschrittsanzeige. Edit: Danke für die Antwort. Ich verstehe was Sie meinen. Leider funktioniert das nicht wie sie es beschreiben: der Download startet nicht sofort, sondern teilweise stark verzögert (>30s später) und es gibt in der App keine visuelle Bestätigung oder einen Hinweis, dass der Download startet.

Einfach nur schlecht. Die App sieht so alt aus und ist schwierig zu finden was man braucht. Nach jedem Download von Dokument schließt sich die App mit einem Fehler-Hinweis. Baut lieber eine ganz neue App als das hier.
Worst Sim in the world... Paid 114.9 euros in one month... Do not trust and do not buy 😠...
Ich wollte diese App nutzen um die Tarife für die ganze Familie zu verwalten(derzeit 8 laufende tarife). Leider gibt es keine Option zwischen mehreren Accounts zu wechseln. Daher vollkommen nutzlos denn so bietet die App keinen Mehrwert gegenüber der Webseite :(
Very poor customer service. Many hidden fees. Impractical complicated application (used to manage personal data and phone plans...) Old clients do NOT upgrade to the new advantages offered to attract new clients... There are many other much better SIM provider to choose from ...
