Poor app. Tried to buy a ticket. After I successfully completed the master card ID check, the ticket purchase never completed. The wheel kept turning and nothing happened. After the third attempt with a different card I just gave up... Edit: One Ticket eventually arrived 15 min after purchase. By that time I had already bought one from the machine at the station.

Tickets kaufen ist extrem mühsam und funktioniert oft nicht.

Die App ist leider nutzlos, da meine Jahreskarte nach erfolgreichem Verknüpfen mit dem Account und nach Login nicht erscheint. Daher 1/5.

Nicht mehr möglich Tickets über die App zu kaufen, nach Auswahl der Zahlungsmöglichkeiten wird man nicht weitergeleitet.

The widget still only shows one favourite. Previously it showed more. Now I have to open the app if I want to know departure times of my other favourite.

2022. Unbelievable! They still can't make a working app. Impossible to use. Seriously. Update for the developer: for example, buy ticket - Single trip Vienna - Starting point (enter something) - BLANK SCREEN, even when both Location and Contacts Permissions enabled.

well, app looks nice, the only thing for now which is not working for me is to show me my yearly ticket for 2022. I do see in history the older one but new one is not shown. I am not sure what could be the reason for this. Maybe also to enable feature to manually add yearly ticket to the app based on ticket number(?)
