Icons broken after OnePlus update. Random icons being picked for random apps and I can't change them.

Didn't work with losFE, lawnchair kept crashing
My rating got deleted for whatever reason, so I'm reinstating it. Wrong icons for a third of my apps, was fine beforehand. Eg. MB-Way has Mazda icon
