This app is currently crashing my phone over and over asking me whether I want to perform an action I've already done using Chrome or the Westpac app. If banks can't get a basic app right, how are we supposed to believe they can deliver anything digital in a safe way?

Keeps logging me out and doesnt rememeber my password. Constantly having to reset. Worst app ever

Embarrassing, When you let people your dealing with have had it explained to them ,"My wallet has been lost, and they respond," CAN I SEE YOUR LICENCE" , YEA I HAVE 10 SPARE ONES IN MY BACK POCKET, THATS THE TYPE OF $#!! I HAVE TO DEAL WITH ,ILE RATE IT AT A LATER DATE, AS TOMORROW "I WILL TRY MAKE A WITHDRAWAL," SHOULD BE INTERESTING" HERE WE GO AGAIN, REGARDS, FORSEEIER OF THE FUTURE.

The app won't remember my login details anymore. I deleted app and tried to download the app again but it will not download the app??

After being a Westpac customer for 20 years it's time to say adios. As if the interrogation by one of your staff members concerning all my recent transactions wasn't bad enough & I thought was the end of your harassment, you come back weeks later & told me, no, it's not enough. You ask for more intrusive details & identity verification & when provided you tell me you can't match it with equifax. Now you me I have to come to a branch to verify my identity, after being a customer for 22 years.
