I love being able to check in on my son any time I want! The video is clear and the app is user friendly. And their Customer Service is great! I was having an issue logging into the app, and they helped me fix it with just a phonecall. Turns out I had accidentally added a letter into my username that wasn't supposed to be there. I had my settings set to save my info through the browser so it was saving the misspelt username. Check that if you are having login issues.

I have been trying all day to use this app and it's just buffering. I uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and it's still the same thing.
