L'application est globalement bien moins lisible qu'avant. Trop d'information affichée à l'écran + police et couleurs qui ne conviennent pas pour avoir l'information rapidement. Dommage qu'on ne voit pas le prix du billet plus tôt lorsqu'on réserve un voyage. Également les informations affichées sur la liste des billets lorsqu'on en réserve un est trop succinte à mon goût.
The new version is soooo disappointing, not intuitive, not registering payment, and what is the intent of a black background?

Tellement lourd ! L'appli qui change de nom une fois par an, mdr. Double validation par email quand on se connecte 🧐 au cas où quelqu'un voudrait s'acheter un billet de train sur mon compte ? Non mais lol. C'est la SNCF, pas un compte bancaire. Et la nouvelle recherche soit disant moderne est contre intuitive. Heureusement il existe des applis concurrentes simples.
Can't believe the National Railway company can make such an useless app with a terrible UX, and even let it appear on the market. Don't know how many clicks I made to simply get the price and timetable at a glance. There are even trips that are non-reservable, is it a joke? Then why show them? Please don't leave any useless reply on this comment unless you fix your app (or get the old one back and admit that this is a completely wrong decision).
Impossible de mettre l'appli en version française sur un téléphone Android anglais depuis si longtemps... Navrant !
