ÉČKA Part of the Éčka application allows you to search for food additives (popularly called "éčka") by name or "E code" or by category (functional groups).The food additives used must be indicated on the food packaging. The list of ingredients shall indicate the name of the category (functional group) of the food additive, followed by its specific name or "E code".It is possible to work with this part of the Éčka application without an internet connection. FOOD SAFETY A-Z Another part of the application "Do you know what you eat?" Is the glossary Food Safety A-Z. The dictionary contains more than 800 basic terms from the issues of food safety, food industry, nutrition and other related fields.A mobile device data connection is required to work with the Food Safety Dictionary A-Z.
