Honestly useless app, I've had the hub 4 for over a year and it's still not supported. It's like they just gave up on it and can't be bothered. Customer service is also non existent and just sends you in loops on their Web page

It just doesn't work. Ironic that I use this app when I have problems with broadband but can't cause it doesn't work

Basic security concerns. If any apps basic functionality has been neglected. This obviously brings up security concerns. This app has not been functioning correctly over a number of years. Both on connection to hotspots and not connecting to newer equipment. It does not take an info sec employee to raise concerns about how much of a security problem this is. I would advise caution untill this app is functioning correctly.

Have been using hub3 now have hub4. App now totally pointless as doesn't support hub4!!! Uninstalled this now pointless app.

Well known that the Hotspot setup on this app doesn't work with latest versions of Android. Given that 12 has been out for 6 months and 11 for 18 months, surely someone at VM has been able to fix and release a patch????
