Won't download new app. I keep getting the old one and the text that says this app is no longer in use. Not happy.
"download the latest version of the app" it hasn't even been updated on here and I'm getting scammed as we speak, disgusting business practices on Bank Firsts part.
I cannot download this version on my Android phone. The old version worked perfectly on this phone.
Receive a message stating I have to update my app. I click on the link & it takes me to what appears to be the old app. I download, open the app, then get a message that I need to download the new app??? So I uninstall my existing version & try again. Have tried multiple times now. I'm not updating my phone simply for online banking. More likely to update my bank. Please fix this.
This app was great until the Dec 2020 update which only works on Android V7. Commonwealth Bank and Bendigo Bank apps work well Probably time to change banks......
Didn't update, deleted old app and installed new one, didn't work. I'm on android 6.0.1. Bank to using the computer. Busy time of year for the bank to put out a faulty app. Discussion point for the AGM agenda. Who authorised the release without it being properly tested. No point uploading, this version doesn't work.
