I added fare I don't see it on also my location is not my location there is no way to add to favorites

App Fictionalizes Train and Bus Schedules. Not based in reality. No where in app to dispute scheduling mistakes they frequently make.

Signing up is a nightmare. One error after another. It's been an hour and I still don't have an account.

I still don't know how to use the card using the tap option. Where do I find the digital card in app? When searched on where to find it all videos available show a clear picture of a ventea card ready to tap and I don't see that picture of the whole card anywhere. SOMEONE HELP. EXPLAIN.

So hard to log in. So hard to add funds quickly. Customer service is slow. My wallet was stolen and it is way to hard to cancel a card or get someone to help with that.

I ride the bus 5 days a week to get to work and lately they've gone way downhill. They're scheduled to arrive and just don't show up at all. I've called and emailed customer service and I get hung up on when I call. I spend alot of money weekly only to be treated like garbage. Also sucks you can't add money except at the stations or on the app. They need to go back to the cards where you can load them at Walgreens or other stores.
