Estimation application downloads and cost
Really amazing app. I really appreciate the small features and details in the app, for example when one chooses "departures" tab the departures are sorted by time of departure rather than bus numbers and it really saved me multiple times.
The decommissioned app has good tracking and is user friendly. Everything is complicated and tracking the train is not possible to understand the delay.
Much worse, less logical and not intuitive compared to the private app version
The camera view option when you need to catch the first direction is AWSOM!
No trips updates
The app has nice features if they would work reliable. GPS trackers are often not functional and time estimates change between several minutes within a blink. Västtrafik itself is a synonym for unreliable, non punctional and expensive service. They don't care. Less service for more money as prices raised 20% the last 4 years. Busses are outsourced to sub companies who make no effort in quality checks as most bus drivers are reckless (drive on red), speeding and run over curbs.
This was used to be an excellent journey planner. UX is horrible. Have to click multiple times until I see the journey details. Look at Rejseplanen. That's the way to go... This here is more an ordinary ticketing app.
