It doesn't work. Logging in through investment app, or through USB app. It's difficult to fund your account and impossible to make any trades. Why bother when so many other apps are so easy?
Poor design. Get with the times. It's clunky and visually unappealing. Basic information that we want to see isn't there, or is hard to find. Very disappointing that in this day and age, a large national bank has such an infinitely inferior investment application even when compared to small regional credit unions. Please reach out to your consumers for feedback and hire two professional app developers to fix this. Figure it out. Make your website better while you're at it - it's not much better.
Horrible app! It is so clumsy and Non-user friendly 😒 Don't waste your time with this frustrating app!
It will not open
Hardly ever works.
Worked fine the first day. The second time I tried to use it I get an Authentication failed. The message says to sign digital agreement on desktop site. I resigned the agreement and still get the same error!! Wish they would make sure their apps work before releasing them. Not very professional!!
