I usually buy my flight tickets through travel agency start ups because i simply think that they're more user-friendly. However i decided to try Garuda app due to bigger discount they offered through emails. Sad news. The transaction never went through because the payment page simply just shut down every time i input the promo code to earn my discount (there'll be no error if u didnt put the promo code though). I ended up making my purchase from my usual app. Same thing occured on their web too!
Can't process my payment. It says 'something went wrong, failed, try again' over and over again. FIX IT SOON PLEASE!!
I absolutely love this app so much.
I have unpleasant experience with this apps, on 29 Sept 2021, I make rsvp for 6 peoples, everything so smooth until i insert my OTP and then suddenly the apps said transaction failed because it takes too long for waiting. So i decide make another rsvp, unfortunately i didnt get the schedule with my first rsvp so i decide to put different date. After i put the otp, rsvp successful but when i check my email, i got 2 times billing in my CC. OMG..Please refund one of the my rsvp. Ur apps have error
Live chat gak jelas. Diminimize sedetik langsung sesi diakhiri. Saya bikin review dihapus. Mau curang tapi bodoh
setiap kali masuk ke menu flight, sampe di pemberitahuan "Covid-19 Requirement bla bla" >> begitu klik " i agree" selalu langsung keluar dari apps. Dah coba modify tanggal & jurusan tetap gak bisa.
