App not working. Won't load properly, crashes out and now had an error code. Not good when I need to control spending or top up for my son at school.
Can't even login, and there's money in my account. Unsafe app. No response to email sent.

Apps not working. Noticed since yesterday. Could be longer as not using it for weeks. Cannot login and no respond at all. Leave it for few minutes then prompt to reset app or return to home. Reset doesn't help. Uninstall and reinstall also useless. What happen???
App will not launch, no help from upay on other issues also. Now I can't get food in my canteen because I can't put money in. Nothing but trouble with this joke of an app I have been forced to use. Useless
