Got to guess what service to use! Useless app
Unable to buy tickets.
You can't book a ticket in advance.. It expires in 2 hours.... Who made that up
Trash ! Reinstall needed nearly each journey!!
As other uses have described, the app will frequently crash and stop working for a period. On at least one occasion this happened immediately after making a purchase. Drivers must be sick listening about it.
Just off the bus, bought a day ticket, driver wouldn't entertain that I'd paid for a day ticket, I showed him the app crashing as I was opening it on the phone had to pay for another ticket, 1e Antrim Road bus 20.30 from Upper Queen Street. Driver laughed when I showed him the app was working after I reinstalled it as I got off the bus
