I love this app but for 3 days it's not downloading new pictures other members are sharing the same problem

I used to love this app! However, there are never any new pictures, and I reached out to the developer because that was the one email I could find, and I got no response. There is no way other than contacting the developer. Don't waste time!!!!!!!
Had a couple issues with the app. Once it glitched and couldn't get into my profile for wks. After unistalling then installing it worked. Next, there are really inappropriate images & users on here. They create images that are sexually graphic, & comment obscenities. Many have flagged, reported & tried to stop it. Please do not allow children to use this app! *UPDATE*Colorfly hasn't added new daily images to color in 5days! There is no way to reach them to fix, and they don't check their email.
Suddenly stopped adding new pictures. Countdown is still counting but then just resets.
It's a awesome app! The three stars is because I have been waiting for over a week for a new picture. Say new picture has arrived but it's not to be seen when I log in. I tried restarting my phone. Updated everything and still nothing 🤷
