When receiving a letter it tells me that the date must be on or after 2014/04/10. But selecting that date says it may not be more recent than 2014/04/08. What to do?

For some reason I just can't get there QR code reader to work no matter what I try it keeps on trying to refocus and won't read the code although I have used another app with a QR before and that worked fine so don't think it's a phone issue (Samsung s4)
ā¢ Check the QR-code reader for Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphones. It doesn't work: it keeps focusing but is never satisfied with the result. I have reported this issue before but without any response. ā¢ It might be usefull to build in a direct communication facility through the app. Supplying an email address doesn't help if there's no mail application on your phone. ā¢ It might be usefull to activate the date selector immediately when a date field is chosen, rather than having to tap the input field first.
QR code scanner does not work on samsung S7 edge. Even all permissions are allowed still not working.
Really easy to use app and far quicker than entering recieved items via the website. Its just a shame that the QR Scanner doesn't work. Hopefully this fault will be dealt with in the next update.
Doesn't work anymore after latest update. Just gives the error "check your data" when trying to enter received mail. Also, the update notes are "lacking", to say the least!
