The app won't take a picture of my id document the line up box is not symmetrical to the id the sides are cut off ,it says green lines will show but i don't see no green lines ,and picture does not automatically take. please fix
Superbly easy, simple sign up was an absolute doddle. Not the nightmare I've had with other banks, Revolut being the absolute worse with Starling cuming up close behind. Chose who you bank with with the utmost care......
Very poor, was trying to open a second bank account and after contacting the bank several times due to having difficulty I was advised to uninstall then reinstall the app. Once done I was locked out of both accounts. It has been over a week now with still no access to my main business account. I have now had to purchase a second phone to try and complete the terrible verification process. I raised a complaint and they have said it will now take 15 days to resolve. If you value accces beware š¤¬
lost accounts no communication tried every way and they will not reply to me disgusted with tide never again got to try get my money from them asap I will not use them again really unhappy
