3/31/19 app won't recognize my email and password even though I just reset it. called customer service which is the booking person and he said the app is not working now and you cannot skip the line even though Fox continues to advertise that you can skip the line using this faulty app.

worst car rental company ever. they customer service is in india and not in usa. an hour to be pick up from airport because they are not even at the airpor, they are 20 mins close to the airport. they only have midsize SUVs but they charge you as a big one. I booked a Tahoe and got an explorer . it was dirty inside, a lot of small hits in and outside of the car . all the do is water the car outsIde and ready for the next customer. they are limited on their selection of car. bad company .
