I wanted to buy a 10-ticket bundle through the app. I tried twice and the app is not showing any tickets on my account. I did not get any error message on my bank's app when authorising the payment, nor on De Lijn's app. I am waiting to see if I will be charged at all and I will be asking for a refund in case I am. By the way, you should be able to pay with your card on the bus (just by tapping on the machine) but that doesn't work either, and it is not possible to buy tickets from the driver.
Verschrikkelijk slechte app Onmogelijk om het tijdstip te vinden. Onoverzichtelijk. Complete rommel.
Cant add my cc and the buses never eun on time either 5 late or 5 early
I tried to buy tickets but it's impossible... the app sends me to the credit card verification process and everything flows correctly but tickets don't appear... I don't know if my bank is going to charge me for those invisibles tickets... And yes, my phone is linked correctly.
I'm SO glad I use a bicycle...
Mijn telefoon start opnieuw op elke keer als ik deze app open. Dit gebeurt enkel bij deze app. Het is vervelend, ik kan zo niet kijken wanneer mijn bus komt als ik snel moet zijn. Dit is nu al verschillende maanden zo, fix dit aub.
