This app is horrible. And the website's not much better. I try to manage and pay my cards and I can't get in to do anything. I link the card, have my email set in, set a password, and when I go back later on to manage, the damn thing won't recognize my username or my password. I do the retrieve on username and password, change the password, and I get the same result. It almost seems like home Depot and Citibank want you to have the hard time so you in the pain late fees. Not convenient at all.

The app has started to turn off bluetooth on my Android phone. Since there is no way to stop this I have uninstalled it.
This app causes my phone to freeze up. I stopped using it for six months, tried it again, and the same thing happened. I did write tech support and never received a response.
