Since 2003, the British Psychological Society has been digesting new research in psychology. We now digest at least one new journal article every weekday, aiming to demonstrate that psychological science is fascinating and useful while also casting a critical eye over its methods. Such a great idea, but programmed without respect for security. It can start itself without my permission? -access accounts info without my permission? Check it against a security app like Sophos. Then please fix the potential security problems to make it better. TIA.
This along with the Psychologist app has made reference tasks and storing of relevant articles easy. Will have to use it a bit more to notice glitches if any.
Good way to view recent research. Haven't found any way to search for specific research other than generic type but it provides a decent synopsis
Been looking for something like this for ages! The only issue is that it's difficult to see what each article is exactly about on the summary page, as the titles are cut short.
Crashes/hangs frequently on a Samsung phone, but restarts quickly. Loads of info, would be nice to search but great app! Oh and a link to the article isn't included when you share via twitter, but is via email.
Great app but it would be useful to have option for switching off notification sounds for the app. If installed on Samsung tablet i have to switch off all tablet sounds otherwise this app blips very often with new articles! It is useful to have the notifications appearing but not with sound...
