With the app for the universal dimmer DIMAX 544 plus you can program in addition to the standard dimming-mode: lighting scenarios, brightness values and specific settings, such as the staircase light function. The program is installed on the dimmer via NFC which can be completed before the DIMAX is even connected to the mains. The dimmer can then be simply installed behind a wall switch, in the ceiling void or in remote location away from the actual light fittings.DIMAX has been specifically designed for LEDs and offers various dimming curves for perfectly reacting to the various dimming responses of LED lamps. Requirement for NFS makes this an unusable app for most installations. Simply impractical on any installation in a roof space or ceiling rose.
